Two Column Layout
This layout is rather simple and best suited for a smaller site or blog. as you can see links fill up the sidebars pretty quickly. If you plan to have affiliates or hit counters this gets even messier.
the CSS is *very* simple, so for a beginner this is a good layout to play around with. I don't know why I put the element styles in the html itself as opposed to the css, but whatever. It is still very easy to edit.
To edit the background, the file link is here. it's a transparent file, so be sure to save as PNG to preserve the opacity.
As for features, uh. Not many! But it's servicable and works and can be customized into a great little layout if you feel like doing it.
