2-column layout

Best for a smaller site, has 2 nav bars that will scroll if over-filled. This is the barebones shell of AG's launch layout. Styleswitchers with this style Do Not Work - not on Neocities. They cause a flashing between pages and are not recommended. The base graphic for the background is provided and needs editing/personalization. Also includes a section for quick links or a marquee.
